Designed by German designer Fabio Vogel of Vogel Studio, the Individual Ashtray is cast in clear glass and shaped as a compact, linear form with a recessed channel for a single cigarette.

The design recalls a time when small individual ashtrays formed part of the table setting in restaurants and formal dining rooms, with each guest provided with their own. Reduced to its essential function, this once-familiar object is reinterpreted as a contemporary and sculptural accessory.
